Kabul, August 07, 2025; MISFA signed a funding agreement with AMA to cover the operating cost of the association for the second half of 2025. This funding will enable AMA to continue delivering its core services including knowledge sharing, advocacy, coordination and networking activities aimed to support the operations of the member financial institutions across the country.
MISFA had resumed funding the association following the reforms implemented by the member-organizations at AMA. Historically, MISFA has been the founder and either sole or primary donor of AMA. Looking ahead, MISFA will work closely with AMA’s new leadership and senior management to ensure timely and effective support to the partner organizations operating in the field.
